A BER project, the earliest and one of the most successful and cost effective ones we have seen. This is a great example of the system actually working, delivering a building the College actually needed, on time, on budget and using a well coordinated team of architects and consultants.

This impressive library was documented and delivered in a very demanding time frame and with a minimum of issues during construction.

The project attracted a visit from the Prime Minister at the time to review the sucess of the Commonwealth stimulus package.
